We are looking for a motivated Associate Attorney who wants to develop real skills, take ownership of their work, and grow alongside experienced attorneys who value mentorship and professional balance.
ResponsibilitiesThe Associate Attorney will work directly with senior partners and clients on active cases and transactions. You will draft pleadings, contracts, and correspondence; conduct legal research; assist with discovery; and appear in court on a regular basis. This position offers immediate responsibility, client contact, and the opportunity to grow into an independent practice within the firm.
Qualifications- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Licensed (or awaiting admission) to practice law in Utah.
- 0–5 years of experience in a law firm, clerkship, or related legal setting.
- Strong writing, research, and organizational skills.
- Professional, dependable, and eager to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a small team environment.
- Familiarity with Utah court procedures and e‑filing.
- Exposure to criminal law, family law, or general civil litigation.
- Comfortable communicating with clients and opposing counsel.
- Secondary state practice admission.
