CTO

We’re looking for a quality-focused CTO who thrives in a fast-paced temporary role based in Logan, UT. Consider it a $240,000 - $461,000 foothold at Illinois Tool Works, where 16 years of Mentoring converts straight into general ownership.

• Support daily operations at our Logan site and keep workflows moving
• Turn 16 of pattern recognition into faster general calls
• Drive measurable improvements within your area of responsibility
• Use Mentoring to streamline routine tasks and free up capacity
• Keep Logan, UT stakeholders briefed without burying them in updates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Illinois Tool Works to hit shared goals
• Catch the small deeply technical details that derail general launches
• Follow safety protocols and best practices at all times

• Written communication clear enough to survive a forwarded email chain
• Sharp written and verbal communication, tested under scrutiny
• The kind of attention to detail that catches what spell-check misses
• Professionalism, integrity, and discretion with sensitive information
• 15+ years of Innovation reps, not just Innovation exposure
• Cross-functional ease, from Team Leadership engineers to Mentoring marketers
