Data Entry​/Material Planning Associate

Summary

Coordinates all activities associated with the Production Order Cycle.

• Data Entry
  • Review completed production order packets for accurate recording of information and input data into the company ERP per established process.
  • Follow guidelines established in the company's Good Documentation Practices procedure to identify documentation errors.
• Create and Distribute Reports
  • Using Excel, prepare reports for daily production huddle.
  • Will create other reports as requested.
• Create Production Order Packets
  • Using Excel and the company ERP, identify, create, and assemble printed production order packets for items as needed.
• Other
  • Collect and distribute data for KPI monitoring monthly.
  • Participate in annual physical inventory.
  • Assist with related special projects, as required.

High school diploma or GED; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proficient data entry and Microsoft Office experience required.

Familiarity with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Forms is preferred.
