Position OverviewThis position is part of the Serum - Small Volume Liquid Handling Manufacturing department located in Logan, Utah, and will be onsite. Our vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
What you will do:Follow work policies, procedures, EHS, Quality control inspections, schematics, and verbal instructions regarding duties. Maintain GMPs and Good documentation practices.
Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within deadlines. Report quality or compliance concerns and take corrective actions as required.
Understand production processes, work instructions, documentation control, non-conforming and rework documentation. Ensure product conforms to specifications and comply with Stop Order, Concessions, ESD, Calibration, Preventative Maintenance, Material Identification & Segregation, and Good Documentation Practices.
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and improve process efficiency.
Move, climb stairs/ladders, lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. unassisted; occasionally heavier with assistance.
Wear protective equipment including clean room gowning, chemical-resistant clothing, safety glasses/goggles.
Perform frequent physical activities like squatting, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and handling small objects.
Have specific vision abilities including close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
2+ years of related manufacturing experience.
Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
