RR Donnelley is looking to add an Imaging Operator 3 to our Logan, UT Operations!

Job Description

• Operate Ciox Tecnau Roll to Sheet and Eastey shrink wrapper.
• Understand MRDF and utilize it routinely.
• Operate high-resolution, variable print proprietary imaging equipment.
• Program and prepare jobs for printing.
• Maintain daily print job production logs and delivery manifests.
• Set up, program, and release jobs from the print queue.
• Adjust image position, color quality, resolution, perforations, and folds on paper.
• Monitor output quality for correctness and image clarity.
• Order supplies such as ink, chemicals, blankets, rollers, and paper; maintain inventory levels.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of digital print and/or inkjet imaging equipment setup, adjustment, and operation.
• Ability to diagnose, solve, and correct operating problems affecting quality and timeliness.
• Knowledge of color theory and ability to make color adjustments to meet specifications.
• Proficiency in file manipulation and digital print file formats.
• Experience setting up feed rollers, tensioning, timing, and inline finishing per job specs.
• Ability to instruct junior operators on corrective adjustments.

Additional Information

• Starting Wage: $20.88/hr
• Available Shift: C Shift - Monday 5am-11am, Friday-Sunday 5am-5pm.
• Shift Differential: $1.75/hr
