Cache County Assessor's Office is seeking an internal candidate for a Commercial Appraiser Trainee, a full-time benefited role from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Benefits start day one:
Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401k, Utah Retirement System, holidays, and personal leave. Pay ranges from $25.37 to $28.91 per hour.
The position conducts property inspections, analyzes market data, and uses Cost/ Sales/ Income approaches, with CAMA GIS tools and the Board of Equalization process support.
