Our Panda Cook associates are essential leaders in our kitchen, responsible for creating food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride.

• Support a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
• Prepare all dishes to meet company recipes and standards.
• Guide the kitchen team and assist with their training.
• Perform all back‑of‑house responsibilities.

• High school education preferred.
• Operations experience in food or related field preferred.
• Food Safety: local/municipal requirements;
  Food Handler certification required, to be obtained at applicant’s own expense.

While performing duties, the kitchen involves hot surfaces and equipment. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, reach across counter tops, and handle hot and cold foods efficiently. The work environment is fast‑paced, noisy, and requires effective communication and adaptability.
