As a Salad and Pizza Cook, you prepare and cook food in our kitchen during the day shift. You start and maintain the wood-fired oven for pizzas. You work efficiently to complete orders in a timely manner while maintaining food quality. You will follow proper knife techniques, operate kitchen equipment correctly, and adhere to all food production codes. You maintain an orderly workstation and leave the area clean for the night shift.

You take pride in preparing delicious food for our customers.

• Basic knife skills
