Job Responsibilities:- Scrape and sort dishes before loading them into a dishwashing machine for cleaning
- Some hand washing of utensils and pans required.
- Monitor dish sink water temperature during the sanitary wash cycle
- Sweep and scrub kitchen floors to ensure a clean and tidy work area
- Bag kitchen trash and discard in a dumpster at intervals
- Empty and discard lobby trash at intervals
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds or more
