• Be assigned to one of our kitchen stations (Fryers, Grill, or Sandwich Station) and master it before moving to a new position.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment while adhering to strict food safety policies
• Work collaboratively with a motivated team to hit service times while communicating and pitching in to help each other succeed

• Muse have a can do attitude and be able to work at a high rate of speed for multiple hours -- We're busy!
• Availability for weekend shifts and night shifts including closing shifts 2-3 times a week (off between 11pm-12am). While you will not work every night of the week or weekend, we will need you to be flexible at our discretion
• Ability to lift and handle 20-40lbs regularly while stocking, cleaning, etc. and ability to be on feet for 4-8 hours at a time
• No criminal background and ability to provide legal documentation for employment

In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig’s parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver's in the family’s beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin, and began serving Butter Burgers and Frozen Custard.
Craveable as our signature combination is, the Culver family knew right away that although the business is centered around the food, it is really about the people. While folks can vividly recall the first time they bit into a Butter Burger or tasted a scoop of rich, creamy Fresh Frozen Custard, it’s our way of welcoming guests that truly makes Culver’s delicious.
