Role Description

This is a full‑time role for a Sales Director/Senior Sales Manager in the Utah office. The responsibilities include leading and managing sales operations, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth for the company. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, identifying opportunities for business development, and collaborating closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals. Additionally, the candidate may oversee other sales associates on the team.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor ’s degree or equivalent in Biology, Chemistry, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Two or more years of sales experience in a related industry.
  • Motivation for sales and proven track record of meeting sales goals and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Skills in Team Management and motivating sales teams to achieve goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service throughout the sales process.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal, problem‑solving, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with office software and CRM.
  • Ability to travel to customer events.
