• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing units that meet their needs
• Build relationships and provide top-notch customer service throughout the sales process
• Stay up to date with unit sales trends, promotions, and financing options
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment, meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless sales experience

• You must be a POWERSPORTS ENTHUSIAST! Prior powersports sales experience is a huge plus, but not absolutely required
• A familiarity with power sports, including but not limited to Arctic Cat, Polaris, Honda, Kawasaki, Yamaha, Polaris, Suzuki, and CFMoto
• Previous experience in car sales, retail, or a related salesman role is a plus (but not required)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A positive, goal-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and product knowledge
• Valid driver’s license and a professional appearance.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
