JM Mechanical is a well‑established and growing HVAC company located in Cache Valley, Utah. We are looking for hard‑working candidates who can work away from home, Mon‑Fri, with the weekends off and then back out again.

This position requires frequent traveling to job sites and a valid driver’s license. The role is full‑time only with regular overtime and a performance evaluation after 90 days.

• Assist in the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems, ensuring proper functionality and efficiency.
• Support lead installers by handling tools and materials, and following schematics for system layouts.
• Conduct routine inspections and repairs on HVAC equipment, including refrigeration units.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Drive to job sites as needed, ensuring timely arrival and effective communication with team members.

Traveling is required.

Experience in HVAC is desired.

Valid driver’s license is required.

Full‑time only – regular overtime is required.
