About the Role:

Be the reassuring voice our members need in moments that matter. In this fast-paced contact centre role, you’ll take inbound calls from RACQ members who’ve broken down and need urgent roadside support. With calm professionalism and quick thinking, you’ll guide them through the process, confirm their location, and ensure their membership and vehicle details are accurately recorded.

What’s on offer:

  • Part time, 30 hours per week across 5 days
  • Full time, 38 hours per week across 5 days
  • Day roster working between the hours of 6:00am to 7:00pm
  • Monday to Sunday – working two weekends in every four
  • 3 weeks fulltime training upon commencement
  • Role commences 9 February 2026

Your empathy and efficiency will help ease stressful situations and deliver the trusted support RACQ is known for.

  • Responding to inbound calls from members needing roadside assistance
  • Accurately updating member and vehicle information in our systems
  • Following RACQ and Contact Centre procedures to ensure quality service
  • Providing clear information on member entitlements, benefits, and options
  • Thriving in a supportive, structured, and team-driven call centre environment
