Mobile Heavy Duty Technician – Steady

T&T Repair is a growing mobile heavy duty truck and trailer repair company focused on Fleet Maintenance and roadside breakdowns across Northern Utah. What You’ll Be Doing

• Mobile fleet maintenance and breakdown repairs
• Diagnosing and repairing heavy duty trucks and trailers
• PM services, DOT inspections, brakes, air systems, cooling systems, suspension, and general repairs
• Communicating clearly with dispatch, customers, and management
• Keeping your service truck clean, stocked, and professional
• Completing accurate job documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in heavy duty truck and trailer repair
• Strong diagnostic skills and work ethic
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and manage your day
• Professional communication and attitude
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus, not required)
• Own basic hand tools (service truck and major equipment provided)

• Competitive base hourly pay based on experience
• Performance based bonus pay on top of regular wages
• No earning cap the more value you produce, the more you earn
• Overtime available
• Fully equipped service truck
• Consistent work and hours
