• DDS/DMD degree and an active, unrestricted Indiana license.
• Clinical knowledge in comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues.
• Desire to continue learning and growth in clinical skills.
• Ability to become credentialed with dental insurance plans.
• Commitment to protecting PHI; will receive regular HIPAA training and follow data safeguards.

• May perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
• Must lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
• Availability for virtual or in‑person training sessions throughout the year.
• Required tuberculosis (TB) test for all new hires in dental office positions (not applicable in FL & TN).
