- Support the rapid growth of product lines by developing and implementing scalable manufacturing processes.
- Split your time between the production floor and desk work.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot issues and standardize best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 3‑10 years of professional experience in a related position.
- Strong background in continuous improvement, process development, and execution.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing, automotive manufacturing, or industrial controls is highly preferred.
- Comfortable working directly on the floor with operators and support teams.
- Familiarity with automotive quality requirements (control plans, IATF 16949). Understanding of key concepts and applications is sufficient.
- CAD experience is a plus, not mandatory.
