• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and throughput.
• Support the rapid growth of product lines by developing and implementing scalable manufacturing processes.
• Split your time between the production floor and desk work.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot issues and standardize best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 3‑10 years of professional experience in a related position.
• Strong background in continuous improvement, process development, and execution.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing, automotive manufacturing, or industrial controls is highly preferred.
• Comfortable working directly on the floor with operators and support teams.
• Familiarity with automotive quality requirements (control plans, IATF 16949). Understanding of key concepts and applications is sufficient.
• CAD experience is a plus, not mandatory.
