$70,000-$90,000 base + annual performance bonus + full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, life & disability insurance)

• Manage and advise a portfolio of small business, partnership, and individual clients
• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns (individual, partnership, and corporate)
• Deliver thoughtful, proactive tax planning throughout the year
• Serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact for clients
• Collaborate closely with a supportive team that celebrates shared success

• 5+ years of public accounting or tax experience (CPA or EA preferred)
• Strong background in preparing and reviewing business and individual returns
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A desire to grow your career while maintaining a healthy work-life balance

• Base salary: $100,000-$125,000
• Up to $25,000 in annual incentives
