Master level Psychologist, Mast level Special Education supervised by a PHD in behavior science.

• Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including those on the autism spectrum.
• Familiarity with special education environments and strategies for supporting diverse learning needs.
• Strong understanding of patient assessment techniques and behavioral health practices.
• Knowledge of medical terminology related to behavioral health services.
• Experience in maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Implement and monitor behavior modification strategies based on applied behavior analysis techniques.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care for individuals with behavioral health needs.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavioral strategies and interventions.
• Advocate for the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities and autism within educational and community settings.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of behavioral interventions and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
