Qualifications
Job Summary: The Physical Therapist (PT) provides a full range of physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment, adhering to professional and ethical standards.
Licenses and Certifications: Must hold and maintain a current, valid state PT license or certification. Current CPR certification is preferred.
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Experience: 0-1 years.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions, limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
- Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, body mechanics, and condition management.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
