This position operates under the supervision of a center Health Service Provider in Psychology (HSPP) or Medical Doctor (MD) for staffing purposes. This position provides assessments and therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. This position works to provide mental health, addictions and behavioral health clinical treatment/diagnosis within scope of practice as defined by degree and license. This position is responsible for participating in treatment planning with the center psychiatrist and client, reporting client progress to appropriate referral source, and maintain adequate and timely documentation.

This position operates under minimal supervision and must exercise tact, judgment and confidentiality in contact with the public, clients and families, as well as fellow associates of the Center. Work is very broad in scope and requires a high level of professionalism.

• Provides assessments and therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Provide mental health, addictions and behavioral health clinical treatment/diagnosis within scope of practice as defined by degree and license.
• Responsible for participating in treatment planning with the center psychiatrist or HSPP and client.
• Reporting consumer progress to appropriate referral source and maintain accurate and timely documentation/reports.
• 4C Health is dedicated to providing the supervision as outlined by the state to assist in securing licensure.
• Dedicated administrative time built into your schedule

• Four-day (32 hour) work week
• 8 hours of Admin / Care Coordination time per week
• Eligible for $150/month ($1,800 annually) in student loan repayment, available at hire

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health or related field (MSW, MS, MA) required.

Experience:

• Experience and knowledge of appropriate therapeutic practices preferred if directline staff.
