** What You'll Be Doing
*** Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for plant equipment.
* Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize resources.
* Ensure accurate documentation of work orders, parts inventory, and maintenance records.
* Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to prioritize tasks and resolve issues.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance equipment reliability.
** What Are We Looking For
*** Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing operational needs.
* Proficiency in SAP, Excel, maintenance management systems and data analysis.
* Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams.
* Commitment to safety and continuous improvement practices.
** Work Environment
** This role operates in an industrial setting with exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and required.
