• Lead the safe and efficient handling, storage, and usage of alternative fuels at the plant.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistent fuel supply and quality.
• Monitor and optimize fuel performance, cost‑effectiveness, and environmental compliance.
• Support the development and implementation of new alternative fuel initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting for regulatory and internal performance tracking.

• Strong understanding of industrial operations, preferably in manufacturing or energy sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage cross‑functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
• Effective communication and problem‑solving skills in dynamic work environments.

This position operates in a heavy industrial environment, including exposure to heat, noise, dust, and moving equipment. The role requires both office and field work, with a focus on safety and operational excellence.

• Competitive base salary $75,300–$94,170 and participation in our annual incentive plan
