Certain roles at Tyson require background checks. If you are offered a position that requires a background check you will be provided additional documentation to complete once an offer has been extended.

2 months’ work history with the same employer. Production experience in a meat processing facility is preferred.

Shift Availability:
Candidates must be available to work all shifts.

Semi‑Skilled positions consist of the use of knives, hooks, and wearing proper PPE. All Semi‑Skilled positions include physical work that can be subject to standing at a table for eight hours or more, and/or working on a moving table or chain. The work environment for these positions is subject to be cold, hot, dusty and/or humid.

The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Must be able & willing to work in hot and cold environments. Semi‑Skilled positions require the ability to work with knives & hooks. Essential to this position, includes pushing, lifting, and pulling of weights not to exceed 100 lbs. Use of physical force when pushing, pulling, and lifting. Must be willing to use & properly wear all required PPE for a shift of 6‑8 hours.
