Shifts Available: 2nd Shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM) | 3rd Shift (10:30 PM – 7:00 AM)
Pay: $24.00 – $30.25/hr starting rate + shift premiums (Top pay up to $35.51/hr)

5% shift premium on 2nd shift

7.5% shift premium on 3rd shift

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Pro Resources is seeking skilled Tool and Die Makers for a direct hire opportunity in Logansport, IN. This is an excellent long-term career opportunity offering competitive pay, growth potential, and consistent weekday shifts.

• Maintain, rework, and fabricate dies and tools for production requirements.
• Perform changeovers and ensure tooling is operating to specifications.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and other departments.
• Evaluate and repair dies to meet part specifications.
• Read blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Operate tool room equipment and precision measuring instruments.
• Participate in continuous improvement and follow all safety/quality guidelines.

• 3–5 years of experience with tool and die troubleshooting and repair.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
• Experience with tool room machinery (mills, grinders, drill presses, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
