LOCUM CRNA in Logansport, Indiana Job Start:

Hours:
7 am - 3 pmCall hours: 3 pm - 7 amLate Room
Hours:
7 am - 5 pm (Monday
- Friday, NOT Wed: 10 hours)
Types of cases required: ENDO, OB, PEDs, URO, ENT, General, GYN, ORTHO. Must be proficient with Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals License Requirements: COI - IN PCF required
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
