Field Merchandiser; part-time - Logansport

JOB OVERVIEW

As a Field Merchandiser you will work independently to showcase your organization and time‑management skills, establish retailer relationships, and serve as the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets and installations as needed.

• Hourly pay range: $13.00 – $15.00 depending on experience.
• Part‑time position with a variable schedule.
• Average weekly hours: 13 – 15 hours.
• Availability required before and after major holidays, including weekends.

This physically demanding role requires the ability to push, pull, lift, and carry cartons up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, kneel, squat, walk, and stand, and occasionally climb stairs or ladders.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Good reading, writing, and English comprehension skills.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Operational proficiency with a digital handheld device.
• Reliable Wi‑Fi access and internet connection.
• Consistent transportation to all assigned stores.
