Overview
Diesel Mechanic ’ll work in a repair/maintenance shop at our Logansport, IN hauling site. You’ll fix trucks and equipment that service over 20 million customers across the USA, using modern tools and procedures to deliver maintenance on diesel equipment and, at some locations, on our growing fleet of CNG trucks.
Base pay$25.00/hr - $29.00/hr

Monday – Friday, first shift: 8:00am to 4:30pm. No weekends. Normal setting is a repair/maintenance shop at our Logansport, IN hauling site. We’re committed to offering you stable hours for the financial security and work-life balance you need.
Responsibilities- Inspect, diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems on a wide range of vehicles and equipment.
- Estimate time and material costs on vehicle repairs and new parts.
- Perform work within Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs).
- Respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns.
- Safety checks on vehicles; maintain safety as a priority.
- Complete required paperwork, document parts usage, and track repair times.
- Assist senior Mechanics with project work.
- Review and address repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate/OSHA Standards.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Age 18 or older
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to perform physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodations
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and physical
