Compensation & Pay Range

Starting base salary: $41,717+ for Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education

Starting base salary: $65,000+ for Teaching Certificate AND Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education

Compensation listed above is based on the Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning Salary Schedule. Candidates will be offered a salary using the education, credential and teaching certificate information provided on the schedule.

Teacher Responsibilities
  • Help implement the Georgia Pre‑K curriculum to prepare our children for success in kindergarten.
  • Foster relationships with children and provide a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
  • Assist the lead teacher in preparing lesson plans and instructing children in age‑appropriate activities, according to the Georgia Pre‑K curriculum.
  • Welcome families and engage them in conversation about their child's education and development.
  • Have fun and work as part of a supportive team!
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Georgia Certified Teacher preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field.
  • Previous experience working as a teacher at a licensed childcare center is required.
  • Passion for working with young children.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Ability to pass background checks & health assessments.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs for child safety and emergencies.
