This role is with Johns Agency LLC, representing AAA in Georgia. The primary product focus is Mortgage Protection Insurance (GIWL), Term, Whole Life, or Indexed Universal Life (IUL) policies.

• Calculate required coverages and offer optional payment methods.
• Establish collaborative relationships with prospective clients from networking, referrals, and outreach activities.
• Recommend risk management strategies that fit clients’ personal risk profiles.
• Complete administrative tasks related to New Business activities.
• Explain the advantages and disadvantages of different policies to promote the sale of insurance plans.
• Create and implement marketing strategies to compete with other individuals or insurance companies.
• Respond to clients’ insurance-related questions and issues.
• P/C license is desirable but not required.

• 1-3 years of experience in insurance sales.
• In-depth knowledge of different types of insurance plans including vehicle, home, and life business.
• Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Insurance Policy Management System software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation overview: monthly base compensation of $2,500 to $3,500, plus draw against commission contingent upon meeting minimum production requirements, plus commission.
