What You’ll Do
- Build and review draft budgets, monitor expenses, and flag issues early
- Enforce covenants with fairness, clarity, and consistent follow-through
- Develop a strong network of vendors and internal support
- Create clean, useful monthly management reports
- Gather competitive bids and clearly compare your options
- Walk communities regularly and turn what you find into action
- Organize and lead board, annual, and special meetings
- Recommend process improvements that reduce chaos and increase predictability
- Keep documents accurate and accessible for those who need them
- Track contract terms and renewals so nothing slips through the cracks
- Respond to service requests quickly and close the loop with residents
- Represent Silverleaf with professionalism, steadiness, and empathy
What You Bring
- At least one year of community association management experience
- Strong board relationship skills and the ability to build consensus
- Solid understanding of budgets, maintenance, and basic operations
- Active CAM certification
- Comfort with modern PM tools, spreadsheets, and vendor portals
