Industrial Band Saw Operator

Superior Industries is looking for a skilled Industrial Band Saw Operator who values safety and efficiency. If you have experience operating machinery and want to contribute to a team committed to quality, we encourage you to apply.

• Operate an Industrial Band Saw to produce Superior Industries' products in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance on equipment, report major repair or maintenance needs, and ensure optimal operation to minimize downtime.
• Cut materials according to prints and complete job orders on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Operate related equipment, including forklifts and overhead cranes, as required, following all safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with other duties as assigned.

• 6:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 2:30pm Friday

• Experience operating industrial band saws with a strong focus on safety.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Skilled in basic math, miters, and precise measurement using a tape measure to 1/16”.
• Knowledge of daily preventive maintenance and general equipment care.
• Strong communication skills and openness to coaching.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment and meet deadlines.
