• Safe & Efficient Production:
  Operate an Industrial Saw to produce Superior Industries' products in a safe and efficient manner.
• Precision Cutting:
  Cut materials according to prints and complete job orders on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Equipment Maintenance:
  Perform daily preventive maintenance on equipment, report major repair or maintenance needs, and ensure optimal operation to minimize downtime.
• Heavy Equipment Operation:
  Operate related equipment, including forklifts and overhead cranes, as required, following all safety policies and procedures.
• Facility Upkeep & Support:
  Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with other duties as assigned.

• 6:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 2:30pm Friday

• Weekly paycheck

• Machine Operation & Care:
  Experience operating industrial band saws with a strong focus on safety, backed by a general mechanical understanding and knowledge of daily preventive maintenance and general equipment care.
• Technical Precision:
  Ability to read and interpret blueprints, as well as being skilled in basic math, miters, and precise measurement using a tape measure to 1/16”.
• Work Environment & Communication:
  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment and meet deadlines, while demonstrating strong communication skills and openness to coaching.
