• Daily pay – work today, get paid tomorrow (easy access to a portion of earned wages after completed shifts)

• Hire, train, and develop your team – coach and mentor toward success and development.
• Maintain a proactive operational excellence mindset to manage expenses, drive sales growth and promotional activities, manage product orders and inventory, schedule shifts, and conduct surveys to exceed company metrics.
• Support rollouts of company initiatives and reach store‑level and district goals.
• Demonstrate best‑in‑class customer service when assisting customers.
• Stock, clean, work the cash register and any additional duties as needed.

• Must be 18+ years of age (19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky, and 21 in Illinois, Arkansas, Kansas, and Alabama).
• Must have at least one of the following:
  Bachelor’s Degree
  , one year of continuous store or retail management experience
  , or two years of continuous Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor experience
