• Build and install termite bait stations.
• Conduct thorough inspections of interior and exterior areas, including attics and crawlspaces.
• Ensure accurate, effective treatments are delivered with outstanding customer service.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Adhere to daily schedules and respond to assigned callback services.
• Work outdoors year-round, including evenings and weekends as required.

• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Preferred: previous experience in the pest or termite control industry; training available for motivated candidates.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass state licensing exams.
• Complete drug screen, background check, and driving record review.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, and bend frequently; lift up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
