• Perform thorough inspections to diagnose problems.
• Repair various systems and components, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural elements.
• Conduct routine maintenance and service work on appliances, slide motors, and other components. Installation and Upgrades:
• Install and repair RV accessories and appliances such as awnings, satellite systems, backup cameras, and generators.
• Upgrade RV systems and components based on customer requirements. Documentation and Compliance:
• Communicate effectively with the service writers/advisors.
• Provide estimates and timelines for repair and maintenance work.
• Ensure dealership satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and timely completion of work.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
• Ensure all repairs and installations comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compensation: $25 - $45 hourly
