Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Physician – Director of the Center for Fertility
Join Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group (LLUFMG) as a full‑time, academic Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility physician. You will serve as Director of the Center for Fertility, shaping a well‑established program with modern, remodeled spaces, updated equipment, and an optimized tissue storage system.
OverviewFollowing a brief clinical pause after the departure of our prior REI physician in July 2025, the Center is poised for a fresh start. This is a unique opportunity to relaunch and shape a 30+ year program with meaningful autonomy and strong institutional support.
Responsibilities- Build and grow a comprehensive REI clinical practice in partnership with embryology, andrology, lab assistants, nurses, and dedicated administrative staff.
- Collaborate with the embryologist, department chair, and administrator to develop streamlined, high‑reliability operations while setting a vision for patient‑centered, high‑quality fertility care.
- Hold a teaching faculty appointment in the LLU School of Medicine, mentoring residents and developing REI research.
- Leverage a multidisciplinary group of OB/GYN generalists, GYN/ONC, MFM, and URO/GYN physicians within a robust academic department.
Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (required).
Compensation & BenefitsBase salary: $500,000–$550,000, adjusted for experience and faculty rank. Variable compensation and productivity are not included.
