Join the Citi team as a Part‑Time Universal Banker in Loma Linda, California. The role focuses on building customer relationships, driving sales, and delivering excellent service within our Loma Linda Branch.

• Assist in opening basic accounts for existing customers.
• Resolve account service issues for internal and external customers.
• Execute financial transactions in compliance with bank policies and procedures.
• Refer opportunities to partner segments where appropriate.
• Create sales opportunities from service transactions and resolve complaints promptly and effectively.
• Support sales and service activities within the branch by participating in seminars, micromarketing events, promotional campaigns, and product initiatives.
• Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of customer and bank assets.
• Assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating sound ethical judgment and escalating control issues with transparency.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Previous Retail Banking or similar experience required.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
