** is an 83 bed Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility and is part of a Chancellor Health Care campus community, which includes Linda Valley Villa, a 98-apartment retirement living community for the active senior. Our campus is conveniently located in Loma Linda, near four major hospitals.  FULL TIME

Job Duties:

** Assist residents with activities of daily living and activities  Document care provided  Take vital signs, record, and help with care plan nurses set out.  Ensure resident needs and desires are met quickly and appropriately  Interact and support other staff within the facility
