• $15,000 Sign‑On Bonus after training
• $40,000 Retention Bonus after 36 months in the GMR Pilot Retention Bonus Plan
• Off‑Duty housing at the Victorville location

We’re hiring an IFR Pilot to provide medical air transportation services. The pilot will be qualified to fly our EC135/H135 aircraft, working scheduled shifts of seven days on / seven days off, 12‑hour shifts, and day or night service trips. Safety is a core value; all pilots work as part of a professional team committed to high safety standards.

• Collaborate with medical experts to safely transport patients to and from locations and facilities.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches, meeting all FAR and company requirements, and maintain aircraft cleanliness.
• Maintain accurate company and regulatory documentation and record‑keeping.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift‑change information to successive pilots and teams following company protocol.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
• Helicopter instrument rating
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
• 2,000 helicopter flight hours
• 1,000 helicopter PIC hours
• 1,000 turbine hours
• Minimum 100 cumulative instrument flight hours
• Minimum 200 helicopter night hours (aided and/or unaided)

Previous Airbus EC135/H135 or similar aircraft experience preferred, but not required.
