Overview

Office Administrator at Mesa Electronics, Inc. We are seeking a dependable Office Administrator to manage administrative tasks and ensure seamless operations within the company. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and the capacity to work autonomously. The role supports staff and maintains efficient office procedures, contributing to the sustained growth of the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to uphold efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage agendas, travel arrangements, appointments, and other logistical tasks for upper management.
  • Handle phone calls and correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures, ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Maintain and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other relevant data.
  • Monitor office supply inventory and place orders as necessary to prevent shortages.
  • Prepare timely reports and presentations, and assist with proposals as assigned.
  • Assist colleagues as required, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience with Quick Books software for bookkeeping.
  • Proven experience in office administration, office assistance, or a related role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software (such as ERP systems).
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be advantageous.
  • High school diploma required; a BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in office administration roles.
