Surgery Scheduler (Hybrid Schedule After Training)
We are hiring for the Surgery Scheduler (Hybrid Schedule After Training) role at Surgery Partners, Inc
.
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. After full training, the position becomes partially remote, alternating 2–3 days per week.
Responsibilities- Schedule surgeries for multiple physicians using a computerized surgery scheduling platform.
- Enter case information, collect, and distribute details concerning surgical cases.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the scheduling workflow.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of experience scheduling surgeries, with knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Proficiency with computer systems, spreadsheet applications, and scheduling software.
- Strong data‑entry skills, quick and accurate (minimum 50 words per minute).
- Excellent written and verbal communication and customer‑relations skills.
- Ability to multi‑task, manage time effectively, and deliver results in a high‑volume environment.
- Service‑oriented, patient‑focused demeanor.
- Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Requires sitting and!]standing associated with a typical office environment.
Working ConditionsBusy office environment with frequent telephone work. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required.
