We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our growth initiative for MES, driving expansion across existing and new markets. The ideal candidate will have proven experience building and scaling high-performing sales teams, optimizing sales processes, and delivering measurable revenue growth. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution to achieve ambitious sales targets and elevate our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative culture focused on results.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans for assigned territories.
  • Set clear goals, quotas, and performance metrics for all sales team members.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, competitive trends, and new customer segments.
  • Drive expansion into new territories and industries for both LED Phantom and MES.
  • Evaluate and refine the sales process for efficiency and scalability.
  • Leverage data, CRM insights, and best practices to improve conversion rates and sales cycle speed.
  • Provide ongoing training, feedback, and mentoring to develop “A-Players.”
  • Conduct performance reviews and implement corrective action plans when necessary.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term growth.
  • Partner with customers to understand needs and offer tailored lighting and energy solutions.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations to align strategies and support successful sales execution.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, providing accurate monthly forecasts.
  • Use insights to inform decision-making and improve profitability.
  • Manage team budgets and allocate resources efficiently to achieve growth goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of progressive sales experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue goals.
  • Experience building and leading sales teams in B2B or lighting/energy-related industries.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and data-driven sales management.
