This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Member at Tommy's Express Car Wash, located in Lombard, IL. Team Members are responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth daily operations, and maintaining cleanliness and functionality across the facility. Daily tasks include assisting customers, operating car wash equipment, performing routine maintenance, managing inventory, and ensuring safety standards are met. This role requires a hands-on and team-oriented approach to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Qualifications- Customer service and interpersonal skills to effectively assist and communicate with guests
- General maintenance and problem-solving skills to ensure equipment functionality and facility upkeep
- Teamwork and collaboration skills with a proactive attitude towards tasks
- Time management and multitasking skills to handle various responsibilities during shifts
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage but not required
- Commitment to safety and a positive attitude in delivering exceptional service
