Job Overview
Responsible for setting up, delivering and retrieving all food and beverage orders to guests' rooms and hospitality suites while ensuring quality service, guest satisfaction and the achievement of company standards.
Essential Job FunctionsSkills and Abilities
Must have the ability to communicate in English. Self‑starting personality with an even disposition. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Can communicate well with guests. Must be willing to "pitch‑in" and help co‑workers with their job duties and be a team player. Ability to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry, or otherwise, move or push goods on a cart weighing a maximum of 100 lbs.,
at a continuous schedule. Ability to transport large trays weighing up to 30 lbs.
