About

the Role

The Sr HRIS Analyst is responsible for HR data management and organization, reporting, and data flow. The role will have a customer service mindset in efforts to support cross‑functional groups and will build and foster relationships across the company.

Transdev’s primary employee database is ADP Enterprise Version 5. The role will support the HRIS Manager in the management and training of the HRIS team, end‑user support and training of business process owners, and will be a primary source for data requests and complex reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide application support/maintenance, as needed, by trouble‑shuting issues, proposing solutions, and implementing/deploying issues.
  • Act as support for HRIS end users.
  • Write, maintain, and support a variety of reports using appropriate reporting tools.
  • Assist in the development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
  • Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRIS upgrades or patches and document process and results.
  • Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes.
  • Provide user training and hands‑on support, supporting the ASKHRIS mailbox.
  • Identify areas for improvement in both the processes and systems; continuously research new system functionality/trends and HR best practices.
  • Coaches and mentors HRIS team; assigns work according to availability, skills, and developmental needs; assesses performance and provides feedback to direct reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all information.
  • Other duties as required.
Qualifications
  • College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related business field required.
  • Three to five years of relevant information systems experience is required.
  • Experience with ADP Enterprise is strongly preferred, including reporting and data feeds.
  • Systems or module implementation experience.
  • Project management training or demonstrated skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to develop and execute user training.
  • Ability to work well with all employees and departments.
