• Supervise, train, motivate, and lead employees to maintain enthusiastic customer service.
• Ensure orders are taken promptly, accurately, and courteously.
• Resolve customer concerns.
• Take inventory of stock during shift to determine ordering needs and prevent shortages.
• Count cash on hand at shift change and closing to determine shortages or overages, and prepare bank deposit statements.
• Demonstrate supervisory, training, and motivational skills.
• Operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Have good written, verbal, mathematical, and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain reliable transportation.
