Responsibilities
  • As our Service Operations Manager, you will drive the service business operations for your territory in collaboration with customers and peers to promote a positive culture focused on safety, quality, customer satisfaction and profitable business results.
  • Assess and implement safety guidelines and monitor their effectiveness for your team and operations.
  • Provide learning opportunities for your team and manage scheduling and overall performance.
  • Collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals.
  • Leverage new technologies and maintain an appetite for continuous improvement.
  • Develop personnel, ensure motivation and continuous development, and achieve regional targets.
  • Coach Supervisors to be customer-, service- and result-oriented.
  • Oversee personnel selection, training and ongoing qualification.
  • Address complaints and supervise customer satisfaction.
  • Develop business plans including budget planning and budget control for the individual service.

Qualifications

You will bring 5+ years of relevant maintenance expertise along with supervisory experience, ideally leading a union-represented workforce, and an appetite for learning in a new field. You will use knowledge gained from an associate’s degree in a related field or additional years of experience.

Compensation

Annual Base Pay Range: The hiring range for this role is $142,900 – $196,500. The compensation package offered will depend on the ability to meet the requirements of the role and factors including skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

Variable Compensation

KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% Target Incentive based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
