Join our team as a Picker/Packer Assembly Associate and play a key role in ensuring customer orders are assembled, inspected, and packaged accurately. In this hands-on position, you will gather printed materials, verify quality standards, package products, and prepare shipments while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced production setting.
Responsibilities Pick and assemble customer orders according to specifications
Inspect printed materials for quality, accuracy, and completeness
Package and label products for shipment
Verify quantities and report discrepancies
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow company quality standards and safety procedures
Meet production and shipping deadlines
Work independently and as part of a team
Required Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to inspect and handle printed materials with care
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in packing, assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse operations
Knowledge of quality control processes
Experience with shipping, packaging, and labeling procedures
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods
Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting of materials as needed
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
