Base pay range$95,000.00/yr - $/yr

About the RoleOur Management Team is critical to our success y oversee our day‑to‑day operations and the strategic direction of the business to ensure we are operating effectively and efficiently. They are responsible for motivating employees, setting long‑term goals, and guiding the company towards success. As part of the Management Team, the Communications Manager is responsible for building and executing LINECO’s internal and external communication strategies.
You will help us communicate better with our members through the LINECO newsletter and website as well as other content to ensure they understand and utilize our benefits.
- Develop communication strategies by creating a comprehensive communication plan that aligns with LINECO’s goals, including identifying key messages for our members (plan changes, preventive, health & wellness, etc).
- Evaluate, select, and implement member engagement and email marketing software for LINECO.
- Create and deploy content including website copy, blog posts, social media updates (Linked In), newsletters, marketing materials, and targeted benefits information.
- Work with HR on internal communications to ensure employees are informed about company news, changes, and strategies through various channels.
- Ensure brand consistency by maintaining consistent messaging and branding across all communication platforms.
- Foster stakeholder relationships by building and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, leadership, members, and the public.
- Have expertise in various e‑mail and text messaging campaigns and digital distribution platforms specifically related to employee engagement, benefits, and wellness.
- Evaluate communication effectiveness by tracking metrics and measuring success of communication efforts with our members and making adjustments as needed.
- Bachelor's degree with a strong background in communications with a minimum of 3-8 years of experience.
- Background in marketing, public relations, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including public speaking and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop, implement, and deploy effective communication strategies to members of a group health plan.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication campaigns.
- Solid understanding of digital communication including social media, website management, and other digital communication tools.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to develop innovative, creative, and engaging communication content.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and communication needs.
- Experience in group health plan and/or insurance communications.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and industry standards including but not limited to HIPAA, PHI, and health insurance.
- Ability to lead and manage teams, delegate tasks, and work well with others.
- Ability to handle crises effectively and minimize damage.
